1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapWorks or any of its products, including SnapMetrics and SnapDocs (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

SnapWorks is a platform of business tools operated by a parent company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapWorks provides business tools for service-based businesses, including integration with third-party CRM systems like Jobber. The Service includes:

  • SnapMetrics: Business analytics and reporting, sales funnel tracking, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value analysis, and real-time dashboards
  • SnapDocs: Professional document creation including evaluation reports, quotes, and proposals with Jobber data integration
  • Seamless data sync with your Jobber account
  • Team member management and collaboration tools
  • Real-time insights and automated reporting

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

SnapWorks offers multiple subscription tiers (Core, Grow, Scale) for each product, as well as bundle options for using multiple products together. Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion. Generally, we do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Third-Party Integrations

SnapMetrics and SnapDocs integrate with third-party platforms like Jobber to sync your business data. By using these integrations:

  • You authorize us to access your data from these platforms
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials with third-party services
  • We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or services
  • Third-party terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and store your data as described in that policy. Key points:

  • You retain ownership of your data
  • We use industry-standard encryption and security measures
  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • You can export your data at any time
  • Upon account deletion, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to compete with us or build a similar product
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Scrape or automatically extract data beyond normal use

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by SnapWorks and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your business purposes. This license terminates upon account closure or violation of these Terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
  • Emergency maintenance or security updates
  • Third-party service disruptions (e.g., Jobber API)
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • We may terminate the Service entirely with 30 days notice

Upon termination, you lose access to the Service. Your data will be available for export for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY OPERATING SNAPWORKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company operating SnapWorks from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
